Services & training

Consulting engagements, platform subscriptions, and partnerships are governed by the written agreements signed for each engagement. Training-school enrollments are governed by our Enrollment Agreement, Class Refund Policy, and Complaint/Grievance Process, copies of which are provided with enrollment and available on request — our school is regulated by the Indiana Office for Career and Technical Schools (10 N Senate Avenue, Suite SE 308, Indianapolis, IN 46204, OCTS@dwd.in.gov).

Intellectual property

The Lionfish name and logo, Cyber Tackle Box™, and all site content, course materials, and platform software are the property of Lionfish Cyber Security or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. CMMC® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of War; Cyber AB® marks are used under license as an Accredited Training Provider. CompTIA and other certification marks belong to their respective owners.
